For any data protection questions, you can reach us at the email address above.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you give us yourself when sending an enquiry, plus a few technical details that arise from the normal running of the website.
Through the contact form
- Name — so we know how to address you.
- Email address — so we can reply to you.
- Phone number — optional, if you'd rather we call you.
- Message — your question or request.
Technical data
When processing an enquiry, the website and form provider may store technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site secure and to block spam, not to track you.
The website has no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not follow your activity on other sites.
For what purpose and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and staying in touch | Steps prior to entering a contract, at your request — Art. 6(1)(b) |
| Submitting the contact form and processing the data | Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) |
| Blocking spam and keeping the website secure | Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) |
Who sees the data
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Only those who need it to answer your enquiry can see it. To run the website we rely on a few trusted providers that act as our processors:
| Service | Role |
|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Delivers the contact form content to our email |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and spam protection (Turnstile) |
| Google Fonts | Loading the typefaces |
| flagcdn.com | Flag icons in the language and country selector |
| Photon (Komoot / OpenStreetMap) | Address autocomplete in the form |
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or another appropriate safeguard.
How long we keep the data
We keep enquiry-related data for as long as we need it to resolve your question, and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can continue the conversation. If you no longer want us to keep your data, let us know and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- access the data we have collected about you;
- ask for inaccurate data to be corrected;
- ask for your data to be deleted;
- restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you have given earlier.
To exercise your rights, write to us at [E-POST]. If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
